President Bush did something no acting president has ever done: he stayed overnight in Reno last night. Bush and his team of Secret Service agents made their way from Reno Tahoe International to the Grand Sierra Resort to stay overnight. Bush is scheduled to make an appearance at the annual American Legion Conference at the convention center.

Regardless of what your political views are, it's quite exciting to know that the president is staying in our little town. It's also quite exhilarating to see a jumbo 747 jet land in our little airport (though the runway is large enough.) In any event, it'd be interesting to see him talk. Almost as exciting as watching his big jet take off from the airport.
